Sugoii X Apparel partners with various suppliers and couriers to offer the best products and service to our customers, as such, your items may be delivered and shipped separately. We understand that this may be of inconvenience to some but we trust that you understand and agree that quality is of utmost importance and will remain patient when expecting your full order to arrive.

Lead times are dependent on item availability and the number of orders in production at the time of placing your order. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Sugoii X Apparel will contact you via email and provide you with a revised delivery date.

We utilize various door-to-door couriers for our delivery nationwide.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items sold by us are weight-based, excluding wooden, linen or shipper boxes, these are volumetric based, which can result in higher courier fees.

All international deliveries and shipping are made on request. Charges will be calculated at check out. Respective, country specific custom and taxes will apply.

All deliveries are only to physical addresses via our courier partners all over South Africa. We do not accept postal delivery addresses.

Please note that once your parcel has been collected by the courier provider, we are no longer responsible for this parcel.  Should the parcel for example be stolen (due to hi-jacking in transit) or damaged in transit, Sugoi X Apparel will not be held responsible for this loss or be held liable for any costs to replace order or reimbursement or order.  The onus is on you to inform Sugoii X Apparel that you would like to insure the parcel prior to shipping.  You will need to inform and claim from the courier provider directly. For example, one of our courier providers offers a basic R1,000 free insurance claim per waybill (in case of stolen / damaged parcel from a hi-jacking). Should you like to insure your parcel while in transit with our courier providers, please notify Sugoii X Apparel, prior to shipping.  Sugoii X Apparel will forward you a quote for added Insurance on your parcel. Once this additional fee has been paid, Sugoii X Apparel will courier your parcel to you with added Insurance to safeguard your parcel incase of damage & or theft.

1.   HOODIES & T-SHIRTS

Minimum shipping cost R109.00 for local regions. Note: your final shipping cost will be calculated at check out. Additional charges may apply.

Free Shipping for orders above R2500, arrival within 7-14 business days.

All shipping & delivery times and dates calculated from confirmation of order paid.

Any order that needs to be delivered in outlying regions, expect at least an additional 2-3 business days for arrival of order due to courier travel.

Local regions refer to major centres such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria.

For average ETA on deliveries and shipping:

ü  Standard Delivery - Estimate 7-9 business days.

ü  Express Order - Estimate 5 business days. 

Overnight delivery or Next day delivery is from date of dispatch. Orders placed must be before 1pm and should arrive the next day to local regions only on selected products.

2.   CUSTOM RUGS & PLUSHIE TOYS

Due to the nature of the custom rugs & plushie toys, and its popularity, orders can take 2-6 weeks from receipt of payment to be created and delivered. 

Note all deliveries will only be done during business weeks.

Any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will only be attended to the following business day thereafter.

Estimated delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and will depend on destination of delivery.

3.   TOTE BAGS & STICKERS

Same day deliveries - Cape Town only

Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria, deliveries within 5 business days.

All other provincial areas that is outlying will be estimate 7-9 business days.

4.   POSTERS (METAL & ACRYLIC PRINTS)

Estimate production & delivery is 10-14 working days from date of payment of order.
